1. Handling end to end requirement process.
2. Involved in Client Meeting: Builds relationships with client, sharing the requirement to the teams, providing feedback on regular basis to client.
3. Sourcing resumes from different sources like Job portals (Naukri, Monster), Employee & candidate referrals, professional network, internal database and Agencies.
4. Screening and short-listing resumes based on hiring criteria and skill specification.
5. Scheduling and coordinating with the tech panel and candidate to fix up the interview.
6. Feedback tracking and following up with prospective candidates.
7. Involve in preparing HR MIS reports (Excel, CRM etc.)
8. Should have knowledge in Vlookup and all excel concepts.
9. Dedicated to contribute to great Candidate and Co-Worker Experience by means of excellent
10. Maintaining Payroll’s & ESI.
