You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Services Provided

  • Resume/profile sharing and management (for registered users)
  • Job listings and vacancy announcements
  • Employer job posting tools (for registered employers)
  • Resume database access (for recruiters/employers)

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonation of any person or entity is strictly prohibited.

4. Resume Sharing

  • You grant us permission to share your resume and professional details with potential employers and recruiters.
  • We follow defined processes for sharing profiles with agencies or employers.
  • Candidate resumes may be shared with verified third parties.
  • We may validate or shortlist applications, but we do not guarantee jobs or interviews.
  • Jobs may be posted by individuals or authorized entities on behalf of a company.

5. Charges

  • Jobseekers are charged an annual registration fee for profile maintenance.
  • Employers/recruiters pay separately for access to candidate databases.
  • No fees are charged to jobseekers for applying to job posts.

6. Payments

  • All fees are clearly listed on the platform.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Only use the integrated payment gateway. No offline or phone-based payments are accepted.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with hiring partners for job-related purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • No unlawful or harmful activity is allowed.
  • Do not upload malware, spam, or unsolicited content.
  • Do not harvest or misuse user data.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if Terms are violated or harmful activity is detected.

10. Ownership

Jobvia.in is owned and operated by Swathi Cordial Promotions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

11. Disclaimers

  • We are not an employer or recruitment agency.
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions or decisions regarding resumes.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and trademarks are protected by IP laws and belong to the Company or their respective owners.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use or inability to use the Services.

14. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Platform features and layout may change without prior notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.

16. Technical Malfunctions and Availability

  • We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
  • We are not liable for losses due to interruptions.
